Community with Style

Once upon a time, not too long ago, Panama Pacifico was a master plan. The land was little more than a vast canvas…blank and brimming with potential. Until Master Planner London & Regional Panama took up its palette, and amid great swaths of green, began to build, embellish, and adorn.

Thus Panama Pacifico grew from a few key ideas about standards, sustainability, and walkability to a real and vibrant urban-designed community. Cross the Bridge of the Americas today and you’ll scarcely recognize it. A sleek new entrance beckons you in, a perfectly paved avenue snaking past mounds of green as it leads you to the International Business Park (IBP). You won’t find any industrial beams of steel or Bauhaus blocks of grey here. Warm shades of brick red and crème caramel accent modern architecture flanked by a cascading fountain, plants, and palms.

The first condominium building, Soleo, of Panama Pacifico
Panama Pacifico’s fast-growing Town Center is now a true hub. The first condominium building, Soleo, saw first residents move in a year ago, while Mosaic will be ready to occupy this June.

The IBP houses the Panama Pacifico Visitor Center, a One-Stop-Shop store, a Mailboxes Etc. branch, and healthy fast food giant Subway. Howard pharmacy and the new Care Express clinic help residents and workers meet their medical needs, while Café Maritano’s, D’Vinos Restaurant, and Coffee Express have expanded the food and beverage landscape.

Just steps away, the fast-growing Town Center is now a true hub with exciting new shops and services, including new Grupo Generali and Scotiabank branches, Latin Bikes, and Yogen Früz frozen yogurt and smoothie store, all opening this year. The second condominium building, Mosaic, is nearly sold-out, with only a limited number of one- and two-bedroom units available.

Mosaic’s precursor, Soleo, saw first residents move in a year ago, and its ground-level retail nooks now include HSBC and Credicorp bank branches, a Papppa’s brand Italian restaurant, a Pan y Canela bakery, Pacific Beauty Salon and Fruteria Deli

Located across from Soleo, a gleaming PowerClub facility features a weight and cardio fitness center overlooking an outdoor deck, Olympic-size pool, and a children’s pool.

With additional recreational projects in the works (including a sports park, tennis courts, and additional hiking trails), and four private K-12 schools, Panama Pacifico’s families are well served!

A ten-minute walk from the PowerClub you’ll find Nativa, Panama Pacifico’s first neighborhood of attached and detached single-family homes. With 112 executive residences, Nativa’s first phase completed in late 2012 and is already 80% sold. New residents are already moving in.

The architect, Panama’s own George Moreno III, likes it so much, he’s purchased his own home within the neighborhood…and relocated his office here from downtown Panama City.

Nativa is Panama Pacifico’s first neighborhood
Set amongst old-growth tropical forest overlooking the Town Center, Nativa is Panama Pacifico’s first neighborhood of single-family and duplex homes.

With landscaping by award-winning Marten Landscaping of Costa Rica, the new Nativa Clubhouse also opened last year, offering an endless array of options for residents to relax, play, or celebrate in the utmost comfort… and with every amenity imaginable, from a social area and three cascading, multilevel pools to a children’s playground, covered barbecue area, and adult sundecks.

Now under construction, River Valley occupies a serene setting at the foot of Cerro Cabra hill, complete with meandering stream and pedestrian bridges. River Valley’s wide-ranging residential offerings include condos, townhomes, and single-family homes.

Phase One of Woodlands is nearly sold out. This community offers buyers a unique opportunity, with its own wooded entrance, retail center, five parks…and Panama Pacifico’s most competitive prices yet. Phase Two opens up in early 2013, offering apartments and homes.

Coming Up: Amenities, Activities & More

Each walled-in home in Nativa is surrounded by rainforest
Each walled-in home in Nativa is its own peaceful, private enclave, with a rainforest surrounding adding to the green appeal and amenities that run the gamut.

Family and fitness-oriented events, parks, workout facilities, and walking trails…and an unwavering mission to keep the area clean and green: it’s all part of the Panama Pacifico lifestyle. Last year’s events included circuit runs sponsored by ASICS, the leading manufacturer of sports equipment and footwear, as well as 3Kids Triathlon events organized by Panama’s Triathlon Union and PowerClub. Starting in 2013, Panama Pacifico will be incorporating a series of cultural and arts events and exhibits to further add to the area’s many charms.

Nativa Clubhouse is where luxury meets fun
With a social area, three pools, and landscaping by an award-winning firm, the Nativa Clubhouse is where luxury meets fun.

Exquisite high-end neighborhoods will also make an appearance this year. Park View, Panama Pacifico’s most upscale project ever, will boast mid-rise luxury condominiums in the new Town Center. One-, two-, and three-bedroom units will launch in late 2013. Also coming online this year: lots in exclusive Hill Ridge, a tree-lined enclave overlooking the Nativa Casa Club. This will be Panama Pacifico’s first ever lot release. Launch date? Midyear 2013.
