Despite the worldwide financial crisis, the real estate market in Panama, while it has leveled off from the boom situation of recent years, remains active. Foreign buyers are still arriving in considerable numbers to look for homes and properties.
For homes, there are many developments to choose from. In Panama City, apartments constitute a buyer’s market and there are interesting offers of houses in the Old Quarter and outer city environs. The Pacific beaches area to the west of the city is developing fast. The Azuero Peninsula is getting its share of attention and further west, Bocas del Toro and Chiriquí remain popular for retirees and second home buyers. In Chiriquí, formerly known for its mountain properties, the coastal area around Horconcitos and Boca Chica has entered the limelight.

PH Boutique Quartier del Mar
This is the third of the Quartier Boutiques PH series, situated in the Coco del Mar area of Panama, five minutes from shopping centers, corridors, hospitals, restaurants, etc. Why use the same name for all projects? The motive was to create a brand name associated with cutting edge design in prime locations, with the latest technology, luxury and affordable prices and to establish a high standard of construction and finishings which would always be associated with the brand.
PH Boutique Quartier del Mar has four apartments of 110 and 120 square meters per floor, each with a balcony. All windows have double glazing. Solar panels have been installed to provide electricity for the social areas. The imported European kitchens have hob, extractor-fan, granite and all the details that you can ever dream of.
The social area is 700 m², with ponds, an infinity pool, a fitness room and meeting room.

Royal Palm is a beachfront residential project, with an innovative architectural design, located in Playa Gorgona, 50 minutes from Panama City.
The project will have two full social area, one on the 300 level and one on the ground floor with direct beach access.
The building has two towers of 28 and 21 levels linked through a central lobby. There are 281 apartments. The social area on the 300 level has a multipurpose court, bar area, sun deck, gazebo, gym, sauna, children’s playroom and playground, party room, pool terrace, children’s and infinity pool. Altos del María
Altos del María is a private mountain community located on 12,000 acres of exuberant natural beauty in the highlands of Sorá, 90 minutes from Panama City. It is a destination of choice for nature-lovers who are seeking an exclusive country community close to the modern life of the city.
The project has two major regions (valley and highlands) with a number of subdivisions in each area which have been developed keeping the natural slope of the terrain.
